Stop Loss is a request to close a transaction when it`s price reaches a predetermined level (below the opening price in case of a buy or above the opening price when selling the asset). Such an option allows minimizing risks during trading. It should be taken into consideration that a Stop Loss is not considered as a 100% guarantee in non-standard situations or in cases of high volatility. In this case, the order may be executed at a lower cost.
Please note that stop-losses should be placed at a certain range from the current market price during setting.
