A transaction may not open for a variety of reasons:
- The initial margin of the transaction exceeds the free margin that you have at your disposal. If you encounter such a problem, reduce the volume of the transaction.
- The market you want to trade is out of business hours at the time of the transaction.
- Internet connection is unstable or nonexistent.
